Oktogon Ház

Oktogon Ház is an office building offering a modern office work environment of approx. 7,280 m2 to let in downtown Budapest, in the immediate vicinity of Oktogon, at No. 8-10 Aradi utca. The office building is easily accessible both by car and public transport, and it is only a 10-minute walk away from the Nyugati (Western) Railway Station and Deák Ferenc Square. Oktogon Ház comprises two office buildings coupled by a common entrance, and a car park. The two office buildings are interconnected and combined office areas can be achieved for larger space users, and this way a total undivided office space of up to 1,200 m2 can be established on each floor. Oktogon Ház is available for smaller office requirements, too: the smallest lettable office unit is 150 m2.
